Sam G (Forum Member Sam Garneau) "I've just finished my entry for the flightschool Digital Media Contest....so there it is! Seems like I'm the first one to submit my entry! I hope you find it good! Thanks LiteHawk!!"
Entries for November 2011-
Paul S (Forum Member NewDeer) Hi, I thought that since we are getting close to XMas I would do something in this spirit...I used the Fliteshcool tubes as a frame on which I attached the Christmas tree lights. The effect in darknesss is super with the heli flying. On the heli-pad is my LH 6996 and in flight the LH Pro..the challenge is more to fly between the wires!
Adam S (Forum Member Adamschumph) WINNER For November 2011!!!! Photo 1 - The Course This image shows the whole training course, highlighted with arrows and letters to follow along. Photo 2 - The Fish Tank A nice shot of the Litehawk manoeuvring over the fish tank. One would think the fish wouldn't like it, but they actually follow the heli closely. Photo 3 - The Spinning Hoop The Litehawk approaching the hoop that spins. Bonus points for sitting in the middle while the hoop is spinning!

Antony P (Forum Member Theprincipal) WINNER For November 2011!!!! "So I wanted to add a bit of a story for fun to this months entry, et voila. I also decided I would paint the three helicopters I was using, which turned out to be a bad idea. See - I didn't test fly the XL before I started the video, and when it came time to fly, well it didn't. Not very well at least. Due to all the layers of paint it was like controlling an RC rock! My XL didn't survive the experience very well, so I'm glad part of our prize for entering includes some parts :D. Hope you enjoy."
Arthur C (Forum Member Webejammin Air) entry for November 2011. It's the month to remember, so I used the Poppy in my Fliteschool "Lest We Forget"
Robert L (Forum Member FX4Lightening) entry for November 2011. I created a vertical obstacle course with some kitchen cabinets modules that I'm making. I take off at the bottom and (try to) work my way to the top, first is the horizontal red loop. Then the glowing loop next is under the blue half loop and over the red one this one is tough. Then the blue and lastly the white one and touch down at the top. It's challenging being so close to walls and roofs but I managed to make it to the top once.
Bruce F (Forum Member Arrowist) entry for November 2011. Well guys this one was fun. The balloons were neutral floating and drifted with the household air currents . We made a game out of it, blue team and red team. Get points for going through your opponents hoop or you defend your hoop by blowing your balloons away from your opponent. The balloons are very robust , whalloped into them lots and only broke one. Lasted over a week (actually still going just holding up a little less.).
Jacques D entry for November 2011. Picture 1: The course. There are vertical loops attached to the ceiling, a half-circle on the right wall and a quarter-circle going from the left wall to the ceiling. I also added a special "Hoola-hoop" from the family's personal collection. The Fliteschool container is partly blocking the hoola-hoop. In order to reach the helipad located on the left room floor, we must fly close to the ground below the red/white tube and use the mirror to view the landing site. The mirror makes the landing difficult as the controls are reversed. Picture 2: In action, aiming for the red hoop.
Picture 3: Approaching the half-circle. A tough maneuver so close to the wall. We can see the helipad in the mirror.
Justin C (Forum Member Liteyourhawk) entry for November 2011. The course starts off with 3 regular loops where you must change your altitude a bit, not much special. But then with a bit of halloween theme, you must fly through the skeleton hoop, make a hard right turn through the very tough horizontal hoop, and fly back down through it, and finally go forwards and land on the ledge-landing pad.
Entries for October 2011-

Antony P entry for October 2011. I found that using chained elastics instead of string (when hanging multiple loops together) worked well from keeping them from spinning all over the place when you miss a hoop. Less down time when waiting for it to stop spinning!
Bruce F entry for October 2011. O.K. Hello all. No one has entered in Oct. Fliteschool yet so maybe I'll start it, and EVERYbody else can just jump right in and enter too. It's Hallaween this month so that had to be the theme. Starts at the Pumpkin landing Patch, Through an Anthony P. half hoop, up through hoop one, hard right through hoop two, avoid the ghosts, skeletons, spiders(espesially the webbing) and the tree. Then back through the half hoop and land. It took awhile...Lol.

Entries for September 2011-

Arthur C (Forum name Webejammin air) entry for September 2011

Shelley G (Forum name Shellybean) entry for September 2011. "This course starts with the uniquely designed "loop hat". After that you must fly downwards through a horizontal hoop into a vertical one. The final stretch consists of a vertically hung hoop with a sudden death drop into a horizontal hoop hung from the vertical hoop!
Bruce F (Forum name Arrowist) entry for September 2011 "My Wife hates it....with a smile... my son and I love it. The fan has a dimmer switch and really makes it a hoot."

Anthony P entry for September 2011 "I really like hovering the heli really low on the ground/near objects and trying to maintain control, so I build a course around that! So you start on top of the entertainment unit, and have to fly down very close beside it! (first image). You then make a sharp right turn and do some slalom style low hovering! (second image). Then lastly, you must turn right and climb through a normal hung loop, before landing on the heliplate (third image).
